Hellen is a Spanish<>English ATIA-Certified Translator in Canada with a Bachelor’s degree in Translation and Interpreting. She’s our Managing Director, and has almost 30 years of experience in the industry. She served as president of the Association of Translator and Interpreters of Alberta from 2012 to 2017, where she successfully engaged with industry stakeholders to enhance the profession in the province. Her vast experience includes translation for diverse industries, such as engineering, science, legal, business and government, interpreting for business, court and government, as well as translation management for multilingual projects. Her expertise includes interpreting for dignitaries such as premiers and CEOs.

In her free time, Hellen loves to dance, cook, listen to audiobooks, and spend time with her daughters and furry sons. She lives in Calgary.

Rocío is an English>Spanish ATIA-Associate Translator and ETS’s Project Manager. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Translation and Interpreting, and has almost eight years of experience in the industry. She has wide experience translating in diverse fields, interpreting for delegations and NGOs, and managing multilingual projects. Rocío is the friendly master behind the scenes in all our translations projects, which she ensures are delivered to our corporate standards and to our clients’ satisfaction. She has successfully delivered multilingual and multi-document projects for corporate and government clients, and provides assistance and guidance in translation and interpretation matters.

In her free time, Rocío loves to watch movies, spend time with his furry son and discover the beauties of Alberta. She lives in Edmonton.
